1.Purpose:
DM-FDC high-speed heavy-duty FTTH drop cable cutting machine is
suitable
for looping, meter counting and binding of the ftth drop cable,
butterfly cable,
12 core cable, etc. The equipment has the advantages of high
production
efficiency, good cable arrangement quality, no pressing, orderly
arrangement
and convenient cable removal, which completely solves the problems
of low
production efficiency and poor cable arrangement quality of the
previous
optical cable industry.
2. Characteristics:
1. It is quick and convenient to load and unload the reel. The
cantilever type
combined guide wheel is used for cable storage, and the linkage
brake
mechanism is used for paying off without disorderly line.
2. Smooth rod type guide wheel and tension type automatic cable
arrangement are adopted for cable arrangement. The cable
arrangement is
neat and beautiful. Mature operators can arrange one reel cable in
30-40
seconds.
3. After the optical cable is in a circle, the self expanding cable
take-up shaft
can be used, the inner diameter can be freely tightened, can be
quickly tied
and easily removed, with high efficiency and short time.
